When placing a listing with us (breeder, club or rescue),
we may utilize your email address for sending out news regarding Texas
Dogs Online.
If you do not wish for your address or phone number,
etc., to appear in any listing you submit, please leave it out of the
form.
Breeder Listings
Texas Dogs Online does not knowingly accept
listings from pet brokers, wholesalers, large scale commercial kennels,
individuals convicted of animal cruelty or individuals suspended from
the AKC or UKC. If we have accepted an ad and later learn of such conditions,
the listing will be removed and NO refund will be given.
At this time, Texas Dogs Online only accepts listings
from breeders of AKC or UKC registered dogs. "Rare breeds"
are taken on a case by case basis. Our goal is to promote
serious breeders who follow their breed's standard, and
preferably compete with their dogs.

site (TDO). Texas Dogs Online does not recommend, guarantee, endorse
or rate breeders or the dogs that they produce and has no regulatory
powers over the actions of individual breeders.
Texas Dogs Online encourages you to deal with a knowledgeable
and responsible breeder. It is the responsibility of potential buyers
to ask questions and determine if they wish to do business with a particular
breeder.
It is highly advisable to educate yourself about the
breed(s) you are interested in adding to your home prior to contacting
any breeder.

Inquiries
Texas Dogs Online (TDO) cannot help you find a stud
for your bitch, nor locate a bitch for your hopeful stud. TDO cannot
help you find a breeder of a certain breed if there are no listings
for that breed in our Breeder Listings. TDO cannot assist you in grievances
against anyone who you feel has done you wrong within the dog fancy.
